He is most efficient in the princeton/fast pace offense.

But he cant carry an offense, or at least cannot be looked upon as a go to scorer like the premier scorers in the league(Pierce, Wade, AI, Bryant, LBJ, Melo, Carter, etc)

agree, RJ is a sidekick in the league. that is no disrespect to RJ at all, but he just lacks some talent to be THE number one guy, but that doesnt stop him from trying to do everything he can to win a game and that is why RJ gets so much love. i think RJ is the perfect wing player to play with a big like duncan,kg,shaq. im not saying to get those guys because we obviously cant so he wont play with them but i think RJ is the best tag team partner you can have. RJ thrives in this system and it is made for him rather than vince. when a system is filled with system players then you get players to play at their max like the suns have. those guys are perfect for the system they run and that system makes them look better than what they are.

now if you just have RJ on the floor as the primary scoring option, like a few years ago due to kmart being traded and kidd injured, then you have teams focusing all their attention to him and that makes it harder on him where guys like kobe, wade, lebron can still excel with all eyes on them, vince can too at times. but NOW i think with vince still being a threat to the D we should let RJ take the lead until vince gets his motors going and i think RJ can continue to carry us, along with kidd, for a while. RJ is not a great 1v1 guy but once we get movement he can recieve the ball and go at the D and hes shown how successful he is doing that for us.
