I'm hoping for Orlando in 4.
I'm predicting Orlando in 6.
I'm dreading the Lakers in 6.

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING would please me more than watching The Rapist get shut out of another potential title and tears welling up in his eyes on National TV. I'm a vengeful, spiteful human being, I'll admit it.
 
I hate the Lakers as well.

I hate their fans. even though many of my close friends are fans.

I can't even stand to watch a game in a bar for fear of wanting to get into a fight.


I am selling tix for a friend with 10% commish so if it goes to 7 games, that's a few hundred bucks.

I've been thinking of putting 100 bucks on the lakers to win it straight out...just so if they do, I won't be so pissed about it.
 
Orlando in 4??? NO WAY DO I WANT THAT, and I hate the lakers. I want it to go to game seven and for Orlando to be up 1 with 5 seconds left. Kobe steals it around Orlando's 3 point line and runs up court and gets rim checked on a game winning dunk... much more painful than getting swept in my mind.

I'm NOT a Laker fan, but I am a West Coast Guy! I travel around the country for work and the last thing i want to here is shit being talked about the west cost not being able to ball!

I like the guy in here with the pic of Andiel Brown in Ann Arbor! That picture happened on one of the best days of my life! Nothing like seeing a bunch of big 10 ten fans shell shocked at Michigan Stadium when the Ducks competely tore them apart! Go Ducks and Blazers!

The only thing that keeps my sanity is the fact that the Blazers are on the rise and the Lakers will inevitably fall, and I'll laugh and piss on your ashes after every Blazer Trophy Hoist. But of course, you won't be anywhere around when that happens.

lol I think the fact that I laugh at 70% of all your posts is what has helped me with the calming down on Laker hate the most.. congrats Rizzle.

So there is a really good article in ESPN the Mag by Jordan Brenner this month talking about how in the NBA VERY rarley teams win the 'ship by steadily getting better over 3-5 years rather 'ships are won by teams that make a quick push...

lol nah.. I'm more of the guy in Star Wars who thought the Dark Side had super cool powers like lightning and choking people.. but I still know what side is the good side :pimp: plus things are just about to get really good for us up here. and man oh man, us Blazer fans who have stuck through this team through all the garbage, and lotteries. and 1st round exits in the 90's.. its so kick ass to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Cant speak much for before 91 though cause thats when I first went to a game when I was 5 and have been crazed ever since. Thanks for the offer though.

This, in a nutshell, is why the Lakers and their fans can rot in hell. The insufferable entitlement and overall sense of superiority. Plus the fact that you know when the Sedale Threatt/Elden Campbell days of the Lakers return (and they will), fans like DaRizzle will be nowhere to be found.

When the Lakers have missed the playoffs five years in a row, and you are on these message boards, breaking down draft orders and pumping up your young and talented team whom you KNOW is only good enough to get into the first round and that's it... then I'll call you a true Laker fan. Otherwise, enjoy the bandwaggon.

Don't worry Chris, KoMe is going to lay another colossal egg again in this years finals. Is there a more monumental choker/chucker than KoMe? I don't think so.

...just to let you I was born in LA and have Ive lived within LA 27 of my 29.99 years on this planet. I l loved basketball as a kid, how could I not become a Lakers fan?!? :crazy:
