They're certainly a legendary band, no doubt about it. Neal Peart is widely considered the best rock drummer of all time. They aren't in the RnR Hall? Prog Rock getting the shaft again. Horse shit. Wow.

BTW, did you know that his wife, Zooey, in the movie, was played by (Rashida Jones) the daughter of Quincy Jones and Peggy (Mod Squad) Lipton? I think she's quite the hottie. She's also in The office

I've seen Rush in concert (live, in person) at least 30 times.

Not my favorite band, but in my top 2-3.

For all the albums/discs they made, not a crappy song on any of them. In fact, they're all quite excellent.

Peart's lyrics are amazing, and I think he's one of the top 5 drummers in history. And I'm a drummer, so I can appreciate what he can do

Learned something about these guys this year. Barrett is a HUGE RUSH fan and asked me to cut our music video @ the Raptors this season to the song XYZ. Learned that XYZ is the airport code for Toronto where they are from.
