It's better, but try to blend in the effects more, like have the effects stop right next to Nedved instead of a bit off him. And once again, the quality seems a bit bad.

Photoshop is definitely expensive, but none of us paid for it. Find a crack on the internet and you're good to go

Its not bad. I like the effect around Nedved. I just dont like the colour of the text because its hard to read. But still pretty good for a beginner.
