The schooling has been completed. I passed both the national and state exams, and now there is a "potential" offer on the table. He just needs to get approval from his director. I'll know by Friday.

Don't you know that home improvements generally don't improve the value of the home as much as the cost of the improvements?

That being said.... windows are one of the items that, during home inspection, often are flagged for one thing or another. This is where you make your sales pitch.
