I support policies and leaders that would actually make a difference and oppose pushing programs, policies and leaders which distract from the need for change.

Tell the truth, for starters. Not a sanitized history of good white people and happy darkies where everyone who works hard can succeed. Stop banning teaching things that make white people uncomfortable.

1. Don't make stupid laws limiting education concerning race and history.

2. Don't make stupid laws limiting access to voting.

3. Shut up and listen to what is important to people of color and the communities they work and live in.

The question to that is, WHAT people of color? All of them? Heh, hardly.
 
There are plenty people of color who don't think like you do, dude. Get over it.

That's exactly why we should listen to them. They don't think like I do. They have different experiences that provide a perspective that I haven't been exposed to.
