I need help with something!

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone of you know how I can put multiple pictures into one, so for example if you were to refresh the page a new image would be visible all in one whole picture. I Google searched it online but couldn't really find anything helpful, so I figured I might get some here.

I am currently using Photoshop CS2 and I as well have Adobe ImageReady CS2.

Some step-by-step instructions would be highly appreciated!

It could probably be done with html/java or something but I've no idea how. My guess would be having a box that would house the images, along with all the images and then a random number generator that randomly decides which to use each time. I wouldn't have a clue where to start to try to actually do that though.
