It doesn't seem standard when guns are drawn for a suspect to walk forward to his car with his hands up, go to his front door of his own vehicle by the window which may or may not be open and then put his hands down. Could be interpreted as going for a weapon or trying to escape.

Its a red herring because I gave some kind of explanation for the officer's actions, then you posted some bizarre article about a shootout in a motel. Totally unrelated.

He seemed "bad" because he was clearly not following the officer's instructions. Helicopter saw it and said he thinks he know what was going to happen.

He was also kind of a big guy. "That's a bad dude". He was walking towards the car, not away from it. That's a big no no. That and what appears to be him reaching into the car is why he got shot.

2. It is funny to mock #BLM's terrorist groups; not all are bad, but a good majority are and thats who I mock. Don't believe me? Go watch more BLM protester videos and ask Cops how many people get injured letting them do their "peacefull" rallys.

I feel like the fundamental issue in this country is the fear culture that's being propped up by the media and the government. Most of these shootings are happening out of fear. Here's a story about a kid who was suspended for doing the right thing. Zero tolerance rules. I feel like this country has lost it's common sense.

If I'm a cop, and I already have my gun pointed at someone, and I haven't SEEN a gun, the amount of time it would take for me to pull the trigger is SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than the time it would take for him to draw a gun, aim it, and shoot. And yet how many times do we see the police shoot someone because they won't show them their hands?

It's a simple "rules of engagement" issue. You can't shoot unless you are CLEARLY threatened. Someone not showing their hands may be justified to draw your weapon, but you should never shoot someone simply because they're not complying.

I think he had his hands up, the cops wanted him to get to the ground but he walked to his car. His hands went into his car and that's when the firing started.
