If Aaron Rodgers joins the Titans, we just may move back to Oregon. Apparently, he's building a house here, yada, yada, yada........

Oh, and Amazon is raising Prime memberships to $139 annually.

In all reality though, can you see a better situation for him? Team finished as the #1 seed in the conference, has an absolute stud in the backfield, and is really only missing a top-flight QB. Add Rodgers to that team, and you have to mark them the SB favorites next year.

From a purely football perspective, I can see that. But, dude's a(n).....................

I'm claiming this as the OFFICIAL outrage thread. Pick your poison.

I understand completely. I'm a Vikings fan, so I have an inherent disdain for him. Felt the same about Fav-ruh, and hated that he played in Minnesota for two years.

The Titans with a decent QB will be scary next year.

CRAP! Don't make me have to admit it that Rodgers' football skills would be perfect here! You're right, though, the team is armed and loaded for a decent QB to take them to the promised land. It was gonna happen THIS year....if not for QB miscues!!

Its not gonna happen. Tannehills contract is too big and cap ramifications are too much for them to move on from him.

It has to happen if they want to compete for a championship.

They made the mistake of thinking Tannehill was better than he is. He always has been an average to below average starter depending on which one you get.

I can’t get all worked I’ve out-rage. It’s too external. I’m waiting for in-rage.

I agree. I think they realize that by now which means they have to move on.

I agree but I don't think they will have the cap flexibility to do so. I think they have to stick with Tannehill one more year before the cap situation clears up to make a move.

You may be right...

........Would the Titans gladly dump Tannehill for Rodgers? Unquestionably. Tannehill has been a fine regular-season quarterback with Tennessee but has flopped in the playoffs – the Bengals probably aren't in Super Bowl 56 if Tannehill doesn't throw three picks vs. Cincinnati in the Divisional Round, including one with 20 seconds left that led to the Bengals' walk-off field goal. Tannehill is now 0-3 in his past three playoff games.

This all comes down to Tannehill's contract. He has a $29 million fully guaranteed salary for 2022 and his cap hit is $38.6 million, which is fifth-highest among all quarterbacks. There's a $57.4 million dead cap hit if Tennessee releases Tannehill, and the Packers obviously aren't taking Tannehill in any trade for Rodgers. Long story short: Maybe the Titans draft a QB to groom, but they are stuck with Tannehill at least one more season.

Life as a realtor. There are actually people like this out there.

To be totally transparent. I'm not a REALTOR. You have to pay dues, etc., for that distinction/classification. I'm a free agent.

Thought that may be the case as your are a commercial broker and most of those aren't part of the associations. I'm VERY familiar as I used to work at a state association.

REALTOR is actually a copyrighted brand. I'm sure you already know that, though. At any rate, I'm a renegade of the catfish variety. Heh.

I performed residential and commercial building inspections over 25 years. Most Realtors were all class and some I wanted to punch in the head. One time this first time asshole comes up to me and said. " If you fuck up this deal, my office will never use you. When the buyer arrived I said the translation without the F word and said, " Is he really working for you?
