It's a good comparison...like Canzano, Simers has never been an analyst. He tries to establish narratives about players. Unlike Canzano, Simers has some sense of humour, from my experience. I prefer Simers to Canzano. Canzano is on the short list for worst sports columnist, in my opinion, along with guys like Woody Paige, Bill Plaschke and Mike Celzic.

"Douchenozzle" is a pretty apt description. I forced myself to finish the first page, but I couldn't go on. This douchenozzle interviewed Blake Griffin after he scored 47 points in a game, and all he could think to do was stand over him and insult him repeatedly, tell Blake how boring he is, then write a painfully boring article about it?
