They have been just about .500 their last 10. They are not tanking, they are just awful on D and their # 1 goalie is out as well. Buffalo has lost 11 straight. They are going for # 1. Buffalo and Edmonton will have the worst records I think. Then the lottery will decide # 1.

caught the 3rd period. matt martin running around the ice pummeling Flyers' with no response. Martin is as important to that team as anybody. Until somebody stands up to him the Islanders will skate very freely and confidentely. Rangers' will ultimately have to confront Martin and that fourth line in order to regain an upper hand.

one team that gives them plenty of trouble is Montreal

Montreal easily out skates them. This team easily out skated Montreal in the playoffs. Rangers simply haven't skated anywhere near their capabilities vs. the Islanders and Tampa.
