I'm a man of my word so credit where credit is due, before the series i wanted the Blazers to play Utah and not OKC, i was so fucking scared of Paul George and Russell Westbrick (lol thats so funny now if you think about it) and their team that i thougt they would be the worst matchup for the Blazers, and the Jazz, even tough they have a very good defense, but no Superstar and a crappy offense, would be much much better, well i was wrong, extremely wrong xD so probs to @BonesJones and @hoopsjock , they knew it better. And Damian Lillard proved me wrong too man, before the Playoffs, i tough he's a very very good Regular Season player, but not in the same category like Steph, Harden, LeBron, Kawhi, Irving etc etc because of the lack of Playoff sucess and his bad shooting in the Playoffs, well he proved Everybody who doubted him wrong, putting up big numbers on incredible good efficiency, leading our Team as an underdog against these okc trash ass talkers and killed them in the most brutal way u can only imagine, Dame proved he belongs in the same category like the other superstars now and the nba world is giving him the love he 100% deserves, Dame is a Monster and a true leader and i love him and i'm soooo happy he had this fantastic series, which will improve his legacy big time.

Great post!

He has worked to be a better defender then Harden and Curry I think he is a better shooter then Harden and almost as good as Curry. There was never any doubt that he was better than Irving but the media would not let you believe that.
I will admit I did not want the OKC matchup either but not because I was afraid of Westbrook and George but because of the officiating that would ensue but we overcame that. In the one lopsided called game I actually think that Silver called the ref's out because the media sure did and they let the teams play. I heard the Mikes on the radio yesterday and they were talking about Dame and Portland how they got no respect. This is all going to change now the media is in love with him.
Westbrook and George have lost all media respect due to their play and their attitude. I never really had any respect for Westbrook I put him in the same category as Carmello great player but whatever team he is on will never win a championship. Paul George was a different matter though I lost all respect for him. As far as I am concerned him and Westbrook can sit on the tarmac at Will Rodgers airport and boil their nuts this summer bitching about all the bad shots that Dame took and beat them.

"The Trash Ass Talkers" LOL

This.

These posts are not necessary. You don't need to apologize for having an opinion

Absolutely right. My opinion going into this series was that the teams were evenly matched, that it would be a close hard fought series, and either team could win. Turns out I was wrong.

The Force is strong with this Lillard fellow.

Wait. Harden? Defender?

Seriously?

Good post.

Why can’t I see this apology FAMS?

I was wrong too. The playoffs tend to bring out the truth in players and I didn't recognize Lillard and CJ's mental strength and the weak mentality of PG and Westbrook. I predicted 4-2 OKC, didn't give Lillard enough credit...and even Stotts. Stotts exploiting Adams in the PNR, letting WB shoot, and dropping Kanter back to defend the WB drive, simple adjustments like that can define a series.
