An 8 year career & over 35M dollars & that's his THANK YOU. "It's a business asshole, grow up & get over yourself".

Some people are taught to be professional and then there's people like Kinsler. By the way Ian we have all noticed the sudden drop in power numbers.

Said Josh Hamilton, "Looks like I' won't be the only villain in Texas anymore".

...not that I agree with his choice of words but in Kinsler's defense, Texas seems to have a pattern of deserting or alienating some of the franchise's fan favorites...(Hamilton, Young, Kinsler, and I'm prolly forgetting others)
...but for some reason it's OK to retain a brain dead cokehead as a coach.

it doesn't happen often Ron BUT...........................................you make a good point.

Former cokehead.....he's reformed. I always figured he had some dirt on Ryan, because he definitely was not Nolan's type of manager.

...^^^ if he had been coaching the Yanx with the talent he had in Texas and also had 2 great chances to win the WS but failed, he would not be able to show his face in NYC. And how can you have a guy who's supposed to be in a leadership role, fail a drug test, and get away with it by simply saying "I'm sorry"?

...seriously, what has the guy done to justify retaining his job?

...I could say the same thing about the Sox kicking so many good coaches and SSs to the curb.

Evidently, Hamilton feels the same way...here's a tweet he posted yesterday;

It really is amazing how this man manages to keep his job. But then again (to a lesser degree) I also wonder the same thing about a certain NY coach / manager.
