Wyatt Earp, before he retired, worked the stage coach runs from San Bernadino, to Las Vegas, as his Last Job......riding shotgun, wonder if that's where the term came from.......

Also from the files of "Did you know?" Bat Masterson in his later years worked for the NY morning telegraph as a sportswriter. And on October 25th 1921 while working at his desk he had a massive heart attack & died. He was 68 years old & is burried in the Bronx NY.

I did not know that, odd he moved to the Bronx, that was once a very nice area (the Bronx).....
