It was my fault. I should've handled things better as I saw what was going to happen before it did. I explained my point of view to the admin and hopefully it was understood. I certainly welcome new people posting but what I saw was obvious trouble.
 
...yeah, I just brought up the "ignore" feature with hopes of others using it so that things won't get out of hand. I guess my point is that it's hard to respond to an obvious troll if you don't see his blatant shit-stirring in the first place.
 
My response was a quick delete from the start. Things got out of hand and the admin wiped out the entire thread. In hindsight you're 100% correct. That ignore feature is solid.

Thank you Ron....I missed the free for all, rather the troll. I can only imagine what happened. Got the Troll Garlic Necklace on, (my Wife isn't to happy about it, she's not a garlic fan, or she'd eat me...LOL..).

be back later to talk about FZ and his library of LP's, Vai was a great addition.

From the early 70s-mid 80s saw FZ several times, in several places, from Frisco, the Roxy, to UofAZ Tucson, (where I saw his Barking Pumpkin Tour with Vai-twice)...

...man, I LOVE garlic....tried to grow some but I guess the soil just isn't right for it down here. The bulbs grew to full size but tasted like a strong onion without the garlic flavor.

...I had about 20-25 of Zappas albums at one time. Had a total of about 800 LPs (not counting CDs and Cassettes) until I thinned them out a few years back.

Had every album by the Beatles, (Lennon's solo stuff too) Pink Floyd, Zepplin, Uriah Heap, Jimmy Buffet, Eagles, Doobies, Heart, Nicolette Larson, et al.

me 2, a buddy and I used to eat at this mom and pop Italian Restaurant in Play Del Rey, when we were in L.A.

they served fresh homeade loaves of bread, served with a bowl for dipping the bread into Olive Oil, and crushed garlic galore. We'd eat so damn much of the bread & garlic, the next day at work, I'd hear the girls yelling at Dave, my buddy, WTF .... didn't you take a shower before work...(Dave meekly: yes I did), "well why do you smell so bad".....then- "dave get the f'k away from me, get out of the cubicle"...Dave would wander into my Garlic Man Cave Office, and seek refugee status, asylum.....LMAO. Dave was a pure blooded Italian, born and raised in Florence, and boy could he cook as well as any Momma Mia.....!!
 
I don't think the entire thread should have been deleted but that's there call. I could have used a little more restraint as soon as I saw who it was so that's on me. I just don't want to see this board turn into a copy of the ESPN board where you couldn't fart without getting your nuts cut off. So going forward I'll watch where I step.

So, Vic I'm sorry about your Rangers man, I actually watched some of the game down at my local VFW. When I left the Kings had just tied it up. But hell, fwiw 4 of the games went to ot & could have gone either way. Next year I guess. In the meantime, we need the Yankees to get there shit together.

They had a great year. It's just a damn tough championship to win with four physical seven game series.
