I dont understand the point in not getting on the computer if it is late at night or something like that. I mean, I understand if its for school or something, but for physical things? What would you be doing that is physical at this time of hour? Just wondering

Threads like this always make me laugh. Like, "I need a break from BBW for now." LMAO it's not like you need a break from basketball because you have been playing all day, or a break from homework because you've been studying for 4 hours, etc. It's a message board. Post when you want or have free time. You don't have to do it.
It's not like staying away from this website for a week, on the dot, is mandatory. It sounds funny to me when people do this. If you have work to do, do it and come on when you feel like it. Staying off for an exact period of time because "you decided that time period" is funny to me. Why? Because one night you will be bored at like 11 and you will stay off the computer because you said you would, when in reality you have free time and you want to post lol.

I'm addicted to this place, that doesn't mean I have problems in any way. Whenever I have free time, I choose to go on here first instead of doing other things like watching TV or playing video games. Ive cut down alot on watching TV, which is a good thing I think. And I onky play video games like 2-3 times a week now.

Test yourself? Who cares, man, it's a message board. Is it really that addicting that you have to give yourself annual tests to prove that "you can stay off a message board for x amount of days?"
