I say bring him back in. The guy will turn 32 in August, he loves the town, the town loves him. He is a positive vet that has a gritty attitude that helps mold the overall approach of the team. Give him a 3 year 9mil contract.

Thoughts?

Don't we already have an issue of having 3 SFs who all want time combined with 2 SGs who deserved 30+ mpg? If we got rid of Travis, and Ime was fine with a very limited role, I'd consider it. Not with the current roster though.

I don't think that Ime's good enough to play for Portland next year. At least I hope not.

Ed O.

He's too much of a solo player...

I mean.... I-Me, seriously. We don't need another Zach Randolph.

Not sure how it'd make any sense at this point.

No thanks to Ime, he seems like a great guy, and has made a good career for a local guy, but there's a reason KP didn't re-sign him. He wouldn't improve our team THAT much and would take minutes away from Nicolas.

i agree with the channing frye role..if he is content with only coming off the bench if there is foul trouble, then i say bring him in...

Lets trade Outlaw and Sergio straight up for Udoka and Roger Mason Jr.-hey the Spurs are crazy enough to sign "Neck Beard" Gooden, right?

If he wants to play 13-15th man for the veteran's minimum, sure. I don't see a whole lot of minutes here for him, and certainly don't think he's worth a significant contract.
