The press here gives so little coverage to those issues...Jakarta as well in Indonesia...the Muslims there killed about 50, ooo Chinese businessmen and their wives and children in the 90s...that story didn't even make the front page here. Taiwan had a national day of mourning when that happened. Ethnic cleansing bullshit

I have a close friend who's sister visited Kashmir shortly before it turned hot. That must have been around 30 years ago.
By the way, hobbesarrable used to work in mainland China and speaks some Chinese.
I have yet to meet any Caucasian-American that speaks any Korean, with the exception of me and my brother-in-law married to my sister-in-law.
