<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">NY Post - Indiana may make a decision based on the luxury tax and salary cap relief in the impending trade of Ron Artest. This would give teams a chance to make an acceptable bid of expiring contracts, picks, etc. The Pacers could pursue Latrell Sprewell to fill their need for a wing player if indeed they opt for a deal motivated by financial planning.</div>

Beware - it's Peter Vecsey.

LOL, its Peter Vecsey, isnt that the guy on NBA TV. I thought he was a unreliable source but not that bad for everyone to hate him.

Penny/Picks for Artest?

Well, the Warriors waived Aaron Miles, the Sonics waived Mateen Cleves, and the Pacers waived Samaki Walker. Something could be going down, but I doubt we get involved, though.
