• Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones was arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with driving while intoxicated, according to the Travis County Sheriff's Office
• Police were called to his residence over a family disturbance and his wife said they'd had a verbal altercation that 'was physical' earlier in the day
• He divorced Kelly Jones in 2015 and it's unclear who his 'wife' is in police report
• Cops caught up with him in Austin just after 10pm and he blew slightly below the 0.08 blood alcohol limit twice
• But he swayed during field sobriety tests and was booked for DWI
• He was released on $3,000 bond a few hours later and posted on his fake news website InfoWars that the incident was a 'DWI dragnet'
• Jones claimed he was only targeted because cops needed to up their arrest rates
