Inside The NBA: Chuck thinks Warriors will face major problems against Portland.

I just hope we have a few good minutes where we set the pace early before the Warriors realize, "Oh Fuck, We're the Warriors!"and beat us like we stole something.

If you don't think the refs play a huge role in the playoffs.... well...... I don't know what to tell you.
I'm saying that we should wait until we have something to complain about before we start complaining, as well as that if you go into the playoffs already assuming we're going to get screwed by the zebras, that's all you're going to see.

Start out assuming objectivity until you see something to the contrary.

Death, Taxes, and NBA fuckery.

My guess is he's seen something to the contrary for about the last 18 years. ;)

"If the big guy is healthy...."

But then he adds that, "I don't know how you get better from a broken leg in 2 weeks."

If Nurkic was healthy and had been playing and was in a good rhythm, I think it would be competitive with several close games and Portland would win a game or 2. Without him, or with him back having not played for 2+ weeks, I don't think it's a very competitive series.

Are we playing on Saturday? I'm tryna plan my weekend around watching this game. I know it's short notice but maybe we can meet up?

If Nurk plays and that's a BIG if, I don't think we're fucked as bad as some posters think. With Nurk, I could easily see us winning two games, as Chuck said.

We beat them by 32 during the regular season last year and took one game from them in the playoffs, and led late in two others. Sure, they're a different team with Durant, but we're also a different team with Nurkic. After Bogut went down in the finals last year, their lack of size killed them. We don't have a LeBron, but CLE doesn't have a big man who can score, or defend, in the low post like Nurkic either.

I also think this is where Evan Turner helps. He's been playing great perimeter defense lately. Put Aminu on Durant, Turner on Thompson and Vonleh on Green, and back them all up with Nurk protecting the rim, and we're much better defensively than we were last year.

The Warriors can get pretty casual with the ball at times and it can cost them. That, and their lack of size inside (if we have Nurk) could work in our favor and let us steal a game, or two.

Will the Portland Trail Blazers channel their inner 2007 Warriors and pull off the upset? Don't miss my podcast Thursday at www.NBASpeed.com.

Great. Every time chuck gives us props he curses us. Chucked and cucked again.

I'll pass.

But, will Meyers Leonard shoot 60 for 60 from 3 in a Blazer's sweep? Catch my podcast at nobody gives a shit

Damn bro... That was kinda cold...

I think Chuck said it best back in the day when he said, "I don't care what people think. People are stupid. I'm also a person, so, I don't care what I think."

Neither do I, Chuck. Neither do I.
