Well, last I heard he was getting injections for pain prior to the Griz game. I would say that means he is still injured.
What this organization needs to do is sit him for the rest of the year. There is no chance to make the postseason and therefore no reason to risk more injuries. Develop the younger guys and tank in the process for a pick.

I don't get this reply, "seems like he is ok", but yet his shooting remains horrible, and given his awful D as you say where does that leave us? And if he is OK then is this the "washed out" Dame as the OP asked and the new norm? If this is the new reality or anywhere close to it then I say trade him now while he still has some significant trade value. Now if the injury is still bothering him then shut him down for the year and get it fixed.Ir seems like he is ok now but he doesn't play defense and that will always be his dilemma.
I seriously don't understand how one can say that about Dame but think Nurkic is one of the best players in the league.hes on kemba walker trajectory

When did we, as a culture, lose the "up" after washed? Whose stupid idea was that?
Yes, i am from Brasil. Im a fan since 2014 thoTo be fair, Bruno is from overseas i believe?

That's how the kids are saying it these days though. They say a player is washed instead of washed up. I can understand why @Rastapopoulos wouldn't like that. Someone who starts twenty threads a week doesn't seem like he'd really be into contraction. To be fair, Bruno is from overseas i believe?
Welcome back Bruno! Good to see you post again but no...Dame is not washed up....he'll bounce back and find his stroke again..Curry did after injury and Durant did too....Dame will be fine once he gets comfortable with Chauncey's game plansEverytime Dame struggles he says he’s injured. That just happen every single time he had to deal with struggles or shooting slumps (which is happen right now).
Dame is getting old? Is time to move from him? Is he Washed?
Questions
He did play well (ok) against the Grizz.I don't get this reply, "seems like he is ok", but yet his shooting remains horrible, and given his awful D as you say where does that leave us? Time to shut him down. Maybe they are waiting until a trade happens and they can try to retool the roster a bit? I don't know?
In the end i believe they will shut Dame down this year if things don't turn around pretty quick.
I figure we will all know by the All-Star break.
Yeah. I'm trying to think like i think Damian Lillard would think. Trade deadline is Feb 10th.hopefully we will know sooner than that! Isnt that end of January?

You figure Dame will stay active until there is no chance. I also figure the Team will make some kind of move.
If the Blazers are in the running for a playoff spot he will not shut down. That includes the play in tourney.

How does that work? That pick is traded already if they make the playoffs? If a team trades and includes that pick but then the Blazers somehow make the playoffs they lose their pick?so a trade by trade deadline looks more enticing with our potential pick being a good lottery pick.

It's why i don't comment much on trade threads.
