Moved to Austin little over a year ago. Amazing winter weather here and super fun city. I've been to two Spurs-Blazers games. The 80-93 loss a few weeks ago on Nov16. Last year I saw the 96-110 loss on Jan 16. The game I didn't go to? It's a Blazers epic win in triple OT 129-119 where Lillard scores a career high 43.

I'm a big Beavers fan; went to Oregon State. This year we're winless in the conference and 35.5 point underdogs today in the civil war. Yes we have 8 conference losses and 0 wins. We gave Colorado basically their only win since joining the Pac12. At least we have wins against Weber State and San Jose State who technically have football teams. I'm glad we didn't have to play Portland State this year. Seriously they'd have easily beaten us.

So what happens last July 1st? LMA spurns our beloved Blazers to joins up with these retched Spurs that are just over an hour away. Now I have to deal with Spurs honks all over the place.

I've been rooting for the Texas Longhorns as my second college team. Seems like the biggest program in the country should have a good team? They do, except now that I'm here. Yesterday we lost the 7th game of the year to be eliminated from bowls. Last year we went to the "Advocare" bowl? Guess I should have been more happy about that.

There is one other sports team I have rooted for basically my whole life; since I was a 3rd grader and they had a Mr Jerry Rice. Of course my 49ers; who somehow turned a superbowl team into the punchingbag of the NFL in a record 2 years.

So I ask you; who is the bigger curse of a fan?

I feel your pain as a Niner, Blazer, Mariner fan. My first championship as a fan? Kyle Busch, my favorite NASCAR driver...
