Is Montero working his way into playing time?

My friend turned to me the other day and askes happened to Pat Connaughton. Was he playing? I said the Purple People Eater got to him before he off the bench.... because, as you know these things happen.

Solid Defense? Confidence? Hairstyle? Ear circumference?
Yeah. Why the hell didn't he stick with baseball? Oh that's right. He was drafted by the Orioles. Between Buck Showalter's endless gum smacking and Manny Machado's ego, I'd f-cking kill myself.

All I'm saying is that it's premature to write the book on these guys. Kaman, obviously. Frazier, sure. Montero, seems lost, but who knows? But Alexander and Connaughton are two that I'd definitely keep an open mind on.

Why Connaughton? Alexander I can see... but Connaughton has looked BRUTAL against the other teams' mop up crew.... Easily the worst blazer on the roster.

I don't even know why Connaughton is on the roster. There must be something I'm missing.
Or Frazier.

Maybe Paul Allen invested in a company that can see the future and Pat will end up shooting 60 percent from three.
Sweet Baby Jesus!

I just liked one of BGD's posts.

I might win that Powerball on Saturday!
Promise to give me a million and you will likely win. It's good karma.

Fuck it! Everyone heard it here first:

When I win tomorrow we are ALL millionaires!

It's 299,584,000.00(after 39.6% federal tax)

What's that like 30-40MM?

I GOT YOU.

Remember to make sure this means if you win the whole thing with no other winners. I will still get the full million but everyone else gets prorated amount if the prize ends up smaller.

The thread title only makes me think of this song.

DX questions his real age.

Some say, according to the people they talked to, Montero was 21 when he graduated high school.

So that makes him a 24/25 year old rookie.

I hope sometime this season he gets some extended minutes and shows if he's worth keeping or not.

I'm just saying we can try to invest elsewhere:

Seems like a knockdown shooter:

I'm not saying we need to chase all these guys, i'm just saying that there is some talent available out there.

Ok, take him off the list. Apparently the Whoriors already signed him and he nailed 2 threes and blocked CJ's shot last night.
