We win the NW division next year with our without Oden.

If Utah keeps Boozer, that's a long shot. His free agency is the key to a division title. I hope he heads to the beaches of Miami to play with Wade.

once? you started a new thread listing the same litany of complaints 2-3 times a week for years.
I used "once" in the sense of "in a previous period," or "in the past." Yes, I made multiple complaints, though it certainly wasn't 2 or 3 threads a week for years. I'd say I complained about that version of the Blazers about as often as you praised them.

In most every single one you'd talk about how wonderful it would be to have a team of guys you could support. Of course you (and anyone) can complain I just find it funny that you got what you claimed to want in 10,000 threads you started and yet are still complaining.
I find it funny that you can't even see the absurdity of your argument. Just because I (and about a million other Blazer fans) wanted a team we could be proud of doesn't mean we can't register our disappointment with the way this particular team is performing. I guess, according to you, anyone who wanted a makeover of the team has no right to say anything once that team starts underperforming. We're supposed to sit here with our hands folded and our lips sealed, and just silently endure whatever is happening because this is the team we wanted. Is that about right???

I do like Blazer teams that win but don't hold players up on a pedestal as most good athletes I've personally interacted with have been entitled A-holes regardless of what their public image is. If I'm going to follow sports I have to be realistic and expect thats largely what you get when guys have had their asses kissed since they were in their early teens. Maybe this current team really is the rare exception, that would be fine by me as I wish everyone not just basketball players were law abiding good folk, but thats not what I root for... I root for good hoops.

still deluding yourself that the whole fanbase was with you back in the day. Facts (like paid attendance and that big Blazer protest rally with the 4 attendees) say quite different. Attendance fell off the cliff when the changes you applauded at the time happened (orchestrated by that "genius" John Nash) and the winning stopped.

Anyhoo, way to endure a talented young team with the pristine public images you endlessly beat the drum for. That they won 50 games despite missing over 300 games collectively to injury, and yet you've risen up to complain another day... you deserve a medal. Not everyone who complains, you

STOMP

I think the key is if Bosh goes to OKC. Utah with or without Boozer does not beat us next year.
