I do not know who is available, but for the right players......how about

A's ..............Sonny Gray
Braves.........Julio Teheran
White Sox...Chris Sale
Reds............Anthony DeScalfani(future) or Mike Leake

Knowing how miserly Trashman is, I doubt he'll
pull the trigger for a starting pitcher. His present
staff could implode at any given time..........well,
one thing we know, Toronto is all in. Does
Trashman fold?

Just in: CarGo & Friers to Astros............prospects to Brew Crew.

Now. Astros are all in with 5 strong starters.....all healthy.

The whispers are the Yankees are strong for
Cincy's RP Mike Leake.

...nice to know that Cashman, who should have his finger firmly on the pulse of the Yanx' roster, instead has his finger firmly up his ass.

...take your finger out of your ass and use it to dial the phone and improve your team's chances.

59, you are a laugh a minute. Keep em' coming.

Finger or head?

Rather than keeping his head in the game, he's got his head up his ass...

Why trade for one when we can just bring Severino.

It's official. Cashman has no idea where to put his extremities
and that includes his head!

... though he's highly regarded, we have no idea how Seve's stuff will translated to the big leagues.

...and don't forget the perfectly good starter Cashman just recently demoted to the BP.

With CC's performance tonight, Trashman may have to scrape
the bottom of the barrel! Can't imagine.

CC's been scraping the bottom of the barrel for 2 yrs now, and obviously will never turn his game around, its good as gone.....

BTW- Nice HR by Tex....gotta' admire Tex's turnaround from last year, as well as his drive, to do so......!!

There's this 25 year old guy named Herman....can pitch and play the outfield or 1B. Can we get him?

That would be a guy you'd want, not exactly top tier but good enough to pad an existing staff. Those top tier guys would be costly, want to see the Yankees hold on to their prospects.

You daydreaming about Georgio again, eh.....?

Was Hensley Meulens named after the original 'bam bam bambino'??
I pray not, such ignorance would be Blasphemy, Sacrilege.....!!

Right....we need a guy that pitches every 5 days and can play RF the rest of the time...with some Pop! This roster needs Babe Ruth!

What was I thinking that this Yankee GM would
trade to improve the team? He's turning to farm
team for the big push. This was his plan all along!

Thank you very much.

MLB Trade Rumors:

Yankees To Promote Luis Severino

By Zach Links [July 31, 2015 at 4:13pm CDT]
Luis Severino‘s next start will be in the majors, Yankees GM Brian Cashman told reporters, including Sweeny Murti of WFAN (on Twitter). Severino’s name came up in trade rumors in recent days – unsurprising given his upside – but the Bombers did not part with him.

Here's another piece which fits very nicely for the time being.

NYY 57 44 --
BAL 51 50 6.0
TOR 52 51 6.0
TBR 51 52 7.0
BOS 45 58 13.0

Did I mention the Yanks still have every single one of their best prospects?

If I were Cashman, after I take my finger out of my ass, I would gladly ask a few geniuses if they would like to smell it.

Bryan Mitchell starts Sat nite at White Sox.
"The Plan" takes [some sort of] form with a carousel
of farm players who may stay for a day!
Before this season is over the names will be numerous
and Cashman's plan will make us all dizzy........

Looking forward to this.........like my life isn't topsy turvy already! lol
