Crap, it rained here Sunday Night, and we woke up with Snow on the surrounding Mountains...a cold bitter wind blows down off of those nearby hills....yet, Summer is on its way, supposed to be 90 degrees by Friday here.
In Southern Louisiana (Luzianna), one always keeps their boat running....an average of 72 inches a year. A high single day total in 24 hours, usually 28 inches. I've never seen it rain like it does in the Gulf Cajun Country at 3 inches an hour at times; other than it did as much in Middle Georgia, and outside Wichita Kansas, (but that was skirting a tornado)...
