Good Stuff always Rick-
Man, you know I eat these stats up like Wheaties...!!!

Perhaps one reason some fans think Killebrew is overlooked, (in what way though)

I clearly have great memories of Harmon driving the ball into downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul. Killebrew was as deadly a HR hitter as anyone, with his legs the size of most mens waist size.

I remember HR derby, and it seems Harmon upped the Mick, I think, hell its been so long, I know he upped another HOFer.

Remember that show Rick, black and white, I believe all contestants are in the Hall it seems, except Rocco Colavito, another great HR hitter.

Killebrew, Carew, Tony Olivias, a darn good team of the 60s.

Lets not forget Zoilo, Tovar & Gaylord's brother Jim. I'm also thinking Mudcat but maybe he came along later.

It took the great Koufax pitching on 2 days rest in game 7 to beat the 1965 Twins. Carew wasn't on that team.
Tony Oliva was a GREAT hitter who had a very bad knee problem...woulda shoulda been a Hall of Famer.

Bob Allison made a great diving catch in LF for the Twins in that series.
