As Mick said, do not sleep on Portland having Chinese culture. When my father- in-law is with us, we are usually a half a day at various places on 82nd. The Mandarin immersion program in Portland is highly competitive and one offered here in Vancouver as well. If Cui is on the preseason roster, would not be surprised to see interest in him from the local Chinese population.
