Cho reads this forum. He just figures out what will make us scratch our heads and then does it.

"I know... I'll tell 'em I'm trying to get, um.. um... Jamal Crawford!"

If we trade the guy Roy repeatedly throws under the bus for Roy's BFF, would Brandon play better?

Roy, who had seven points while looking nothing like the player who earned three consecutive All-Star appearances, was the boldest in his comments, saying the team has no rhythm and no clear game plan. In the process, he echoed previous statements about the team's "personnel" not complementing his talents.

Although Roy didn't mention names, he is clearly frustrated with his backcourt pairing with Miller. Roy wants to be surrounded by shooters like former teammates Steve Blake and Travis Outlaw, who gave him space to penetrate and create. Miller, although extremely effective and smart, frustrates Roy because he struggles with his outside shot, allowing teams to play off him and more easily trap Roy.

LOL it just continues. May sound controversial on Roy's part but I can't say what he's saying here isn't true. It's not a great fit. It wasn't last year even before the first pre-season game. It's why McMillan had ideas of putting Miller in the 2nd unit.

Roy's knee is certainly part of his decline this year, but I just wonder how much of it is still being paired with Miller also. He's not making it up that it hurts his style of play.

A guy who scores seven points complains that the personnel doesn't fit him? It's the other way around at this point. Time to go to the second unit and bond with Patty, Brandon.

A floor spacing point might help Roy, but he played pretty damn well alongside Miller last year, posting nearly identical numbers to his career best third season.

If the Blazers do trade Miller it might make life a little bit easier on Roy, but he's still missing shots badly, still isn't getting much elevation on his drives and is slumping in every category you can measure. Roy looks like he's done and it seems as though he's looking for a place to point the finger rather than facing the hard truth that his body has betrayed him ... it's understandable and pitiable, but he's in a pretty serious state of denial if he thinks that bringing in a Blake clone is going to wipe away his struggles.

Finally, we get Jamal Crawford. Now where's Marcus Fizer? The lost haul for Jermaine O'Neal.

Right now Miller is a better player and more valuable to the team than Roy. If Roy doesn't like being paired with Miller, put Roy on the 2nd team, although there are no shooters on the 2nd team either so we would still need to acquire one.

+1000, Roy talking like this the way he's playing is ridiculous, he needs to STFU and do what's best for the team, Miller runs this team better than Roy

Crawford is from Seattle, so this makes perfect sense.

Nate Robinson and Marvin Williams should be here soon as well

The best way to see if it's truly a Seattle thing is if they draft Luke Sikma this summer.

well crawford is exactly what we need. a guy who CAN shoot 3's and basically score when you need a bucket off the bench. he is 100% what we need. However i dont know why cho thought the blazers could get him with jOe johnson being hurt

Ya, well the younger guy doesn't have a very close friendship with Roy, which apparently is important to the people the run this team. Plus, the older guy has Seattle connections. You know how important that is.
