So he did not have to do all the PG duties. Maybe try him with EWill and then Nolan and see which one compliments him best. Nate will probably give both a chance and then decide after a month which is better.

Have you watched Mike Bibby the past few years? He's a been strictly a point guard in name and size only.

I didn't even realize he went to Michigan. I thought he was a straight-out-of-high school kid.

ATLANTA (AP)—The Atlanta Hawks, looking for point guard depth while Kirk Hinrich recovers from shoulder surgery, have signed seven-year veteran Jannero Pargo.

Jeff Teague is expected to open the season as the Hawks’ starting point guard. Pargo, who most recently played for the Chicago Bulls in the 2009-10 season, gives Atlanta another contender for a backup spot.

Wierd. Atlanta didn't even try to keep Crawford there, and now they are having PG issues. Maybe he can't play the point . . . or Atlanta blew it.

They didn't even want to take on $5 million since it would push them into luxury tax.

Crawford was billed as a PG coming out of college.
He wasn't particularly highly rated coming up to the draft but then really kicked ass at the Chicago camp (one of the last players to do that before it became the norm for any projected first-rounder to skip all camps) and shot up to #11 (I think, although maybe I'm confusing that with his number).
