The Blazers and Pacers are interested as well, though right now, it would be more likely that Crawford would sign one-year deals with each team and test the free agent market again next summer when more teams will have significant cap room.

Just a little FYI, Portland would have enough cap space to give Crawford the more money he is requesting. Do you think he would even consider Min MLE, with the consideration that he can get 8 mil this summer?
 
Most recent reports on twitter suggest Crawford would be open to a one year deal because he wants to be a FA next year.

J A M A L - C R A W F O R D.... would be huge! He would do what Rudy never could. Shoot a consistent 3.

I dont see the Twolves going after him nor do I see him wanting to play there. The knicks have no money left. Should come down to us vs Pacers. Maybe Hawks too.

COME ON LA.... get on horn. I mean LA openly recruited Jamal all summer on twitter. He also played in LAs charity game and said he would be a perfect fit in PDX. Not to mention hes from Seattle.

Here is another way we could get him as well.

We could offer the 2.7 exempt we have on a nobody player, then do a deal (sign and trade) for Crawford.

Crawford would be better/as good as Roy in an uptempo style of offense.

Factor in age and that he'd be apart of the bench unit I think JJ Barea made a lot more sense.

Hmm. He is a clutch shooter in the playoffs, true. But he doesn't do ANYTHING else. He's this year's Ben Gordon. How's that working out for Detroit?

Ben Gordon had a PER of 12 last year on a crappy Piston's team. Crawford had an 18 PER on a legit Hawks team.
 
ben gordon has a long, big contract. Crawford, we're discussing a 1 year deal, huge difference.
 
As long as they don't lock themselves into a silly long-term deal with him, I'd be happy to see him added. He has a skill-set that I'm not sure anybody else on the team currently possesses.

I'd love Crawford for us. Crawford is a top notch 6th-man.
 
Would you take a chance on Paul if we could get Crawford for min mle for one year, and okur? But you would have to give up camby, Batum, oden, Felton, a Johnson and a first rounder?
