Note- This is basically a test sig. It is the first time with this kind of style (aka thousands of layers, using stocks and sh*t for the background, desaturation, etc...). Also keep in mind I am using PSP6, so I don't have the use of brushes or anything.

The render is horrible, any suggestions? Otherwise I like it I think...

You should have made him facing towards the middle if you know what I mean. Not feeling that render.

Yeah I know what you mean. The render really hurt the sig, but as I said, it was a test sig to try out this style.
