Roberta Vinci and Jelena Dokic are into the final at the 2011 UNICEF Open. Both players are on strong form as neither has lost a set heading into the championship match.
Jelena Dokic and Roberta Vinci are two players that have each won titles this season on the WTA Tour as Dokic won in Kuala Lumpur back in February/Match while Vinci won a clay court title in Barcelona in April.
It's not surprising that they are the two surviving players in the draw for the UNICEF Open as they will meet in Saturday's final.
Dokic and Vinci have never met on tour before which is somewhat surprising given that they are both veterans. It makes predicting the outcome of Saturday's match a little bit more difficult and the fact that neither player has shown weakness in Hertogenbosch compounds the difficulty.
Both players are into the final having not dropped a set and both players have taken out at least one high seed en route to the championship match. Dokic defeated Flavia Pennetta earlier in the draw while Vinci has taken out both Yanina Wickmayer and Dominika Cibulkova.
