Jersey Switch Request

Alright I am in the Sim League and I was wondering if anyone knew how to do jersey switches. I want this picture of Caron Butler turned into a Knicks Jersey and fit on a 500x130 sig with his name and the team name on it. If anyone can do this that would be great if not its alright.

I don't believe anybody here does jersey changes, I could be wrong though.
