I would ease up on the detail for the left side of the sig, but I like the rest. it may be alittle too sharp though.. not bad not bad nevertheless
 
A little plain IMO - but still a good sig.I also think it needs more contrast overall.
 
The white layer over it makes it look dry. Maybe take it off the part with Terry and the emotion of the sig goes way up.8/10
