WTF is Joey Crawfords connection to Dallas. Remember when he ejected Duncan (and was suspended for it) while Duncan was sitting on the bench laughing with his teammates? (Duncan said he also challenged him to a fight)

Tonight (in dallas) he was pathetic again falling for a flop with 2 seconds to go in the game. If these guys are to old to see the play they need to go. Josh Howard sold it and Fucking Crawford bought in to it. Refs have the hardest time trying to figure out if the offensive player pushes off or not. (See Blake vs Deron Williams last night) The bottom line is if the defensive guy go flying though the air like he was shot out of a canon (while there is very little if any contact) then they should just assume he is probably flopping! The NBA needs to get their shit together and cut down on this BS. And just get rid of Crawford. He is horrible.

Edit: i jsut saw the ESPN highlights. Miami got screwed twice int he last 2.3 seconds. The flop with 2.3 and the hack on Wade at the buzzer. You wonder why people think games are fixed.

Yeah......... cause she's a woman!

I cant decide but I am sure they are the two best at being the worst

Steve Javie
Violet Palmer
Leon Wood
Ron Garretson

head my list.

He's a bad referee. That's why. Period.

i wouldnt be feeling sorry for Wade. he gets more phantom calls than anyone in the league and was gift-wrapped that NBA championship.

I could care less about Wade. It's all about the Blazers. We are up 3 in the loss column with only 8 to go, but they have an easier remaining schedule IMO. One more loss would have been nice last night.

I didn't see any of this one, but are you sure it wasn't a make up call of some sorts?

No not this time. Unless it was from the third quarter. I guess what pissed me off most is they always say that in the final seconds of the game, the refs are more willing to let the players "play" . (As was seen with the very last play when Wade was fouled and no call was made) But Crawford didn't do that. Calling a pushoff on a guy dribbling almost full court starting with 6 seconds was contrary to what they normally do. And again it was obvious that it was a flop. Chalmers i beleive was the offensive player. If it was Wade there is no way it would have been called. His hand may have been a little extended, (very little) but no way did he use it as an advantage. It was a flop all the way. Howard went flying into the air.

The pattern I have noticed lately is refs are tending to let most stuff go down near the hoop, but they are calling everything the closer you get towards mid court/perimeter.

I have noticed that too. The one that really gets me is when they call traveling 25 feet from the basket when there is very little advantage as oppossed to calling it in the lane where there is definite advantage.

The good news being, that is where our bigs had trouble earlier in the year. Our chances of Oden getting in foul trouble are much less when they call the game like that. He can bang without worry.
