John Isner defends in Winston-Salem

Isner won his second straight Winston-Salem title Saturday, battling through a third-set tiebreaker to beat seventh-ranked Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (11-9).

I was watching this match, and both players were evenly matched. I thought Berdych would capitalize on one of his many match points, but Isner pulled through. Great match
