Jose Reyes has agreed to a four-year, $23.25 million contract, with a fifth-year option.

Very Very good extension signing for the Mets. Jose deserves every penny. He's the catalyst to the team and his potential is neverending. that left side of the infield is going to be together for a long time.

Breaking news (in the near future): Wright signs a 4 year extension.David Wright has agreed to a four-year, $50.33 million contract, with a fifth-year option.Mets are going to be giving out lots of cash moneys soon. Don't worry though, the Twins are going to have to do the same with Mauer, Morneau, Liriano, Kubel soon. But the difference is that Mauer or Liriano will make the most, but they'll be making half of what Jose is making

.</div>You're not lucking them up for half of 5.8 million a season. lolThe Mets got a good deal there locking him up for his arbitration years for only about 6 mill a season.
