Those brushes suck. And don't use that filter. In fact try not to use filters at all except for lighting effects and clouds.

Your sigs would look so much better if they were smaller...you've really improved.

Don't use premade BGs, all your sig. will look the same and those BGs are never as good as what you could make with some decent brushing.
