It's good, I'm kind of undecided on the drop shadow on him, maybe add some more white vector shapes too, because he stands out so much on the background. Good job though, overall it's good work.

Not feeling the pic selection. The drop shadow needs to go, or make the shadow fit the lighting better. Still a little plain, need some details or something.
