Its called running up the score and embarrassing the opposing team. its an unwritten rule in the book.

Oh please. Unwritten rule or not, you can't simply claim that another coach is "running up the score to embarass you". Like I said before, you wouldn't be in that type of situation in the first place if you were a competent coach and didn't allow your team to get blown out.

It was obvious he was trying to run up the score, and his excuse was that Isiah didnt give up
He said Isiah had his best players on the floor and he didnt give up. Lets see Nate, Collins, Jefferies, Frye, and Lee thats Isiahs best players i doubt that.
Karl needs to make up a better excuse or admit he was running up the score, I dont really care that he did but he doesnt have to lie about it, it happens all the time.

No, his excuse was that his team had a tendency to give up fourth quarter leads and he wanted to make sure that they kept up the intensity for the entire game. That's a pretty realistic scenario, so I don't know how people can automatically assume he was running up the score.

he didnt mean it like that he was saying that the team he had on the floor was giving his team trouble and they were still pressuring and giving his team a hard time

I believe the winner of the John Lithgow look-alike contest was running up the score, as well. I mean how much of the game was there left? Are Melo and Smith that bad defensively to lose in the final minute or so? Plus, isn't Camby injury prone to have left out on the floor?
Regardless, Isiah Thomas further proves why he should be fired... Let him be talent scout, but not general manager. He's bad with money, he made a horrible coach who can't even put together a workable team, and he makes too many bad signings.
