2K probably didn't want to pay to have him in the game. Also maybe a bunch of NBA fans bitched that he wasn't included last year. How could you for get Duck?

I don't think all the teams are completely accurate. There are more real players then last year though.

I wonder if the lockout had anything to do with the expansion of the classic teams at all?
