The assistant coach who becomes head coach wll not automatically get control over his rival assistants without the presence of a common authority.

They may be honest, but they barely cover sports. I watched their morning news today and they didnt mention anything about Nate being fired in their brief sports segment. They only mentioned the game vs NY and Crawford maybe being traded. If there was any truth to this, I think it would be all over OregonLive w/ Crapzano etc.

D'Antoni is not going to join a team with one month left in the season, especially a team that does not have the skills to run.

I would also think he would want to wait to see what other options open up for him.
