LOL, that was funny but I think it was kind of set up. I mean he wasn't trying to hold on and he was dangling his arms in the air, he would have tried to hold on to his mom or the seat belt if it was serious and I think that this was meant to be funny.

Come on. Even if his head went under the strap, he still would be able hoist himself up because his arms are above the other strap. He wouldnt have died if his head fell through.
