<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Coach Mike Krzyzewski says the one big difference between this year's Team USA and failed US efforts in 2002, 2004 and 2006 is the presence of Jason Kidd. "It's nice when you earn somebody's respect. But it's better when you already have it. He's got everyone's ultimate respect." Kidd feels the same about Coach K: "He makes things easy because he gives you what he wants to see out there, which makes it easy for a point guard." Still, both realize what matters is the games which begin Wednesday.

Not to be a jerk or anything, but I think these articles are a joke in some senses. Like, of course you want to win gold, is there any team that comes into a tournament thinking "Oh, lets play Okay, but not win much" I just think that if you don't want gold, or to be better then the next guy or have the drive to win, you should sit down and bow out.

On a nicer note, I'm happy that Kidd is on Team USA. I think that this year, they will win it all. They are complete all around and have the skills, coaching and leadership to take it all home.

It means they have the same respect for each other and the path for them to get the gold.

I think Kobe and Kidd were the missing factors of this team and I think this will finally be the year where they win gold once again.

But, to me it's not saying the whole team has respect. It says just Kidd. I think the whole team should want the same thing and that's gold. Every player should respect Coach K, he is a great coach, and I think USA will win gold because Kidd puts it together.

Cause Kidd (the member) got it from a Nets new source so it only mentions a Nets player. Plus, right now I think he is considered the leader of this squad.

I know, lol. It should be about Jason Kidd, but what I'm trying to say is how these articles come off. The ones of read are about how they have to win and how they want gold. It should be all they want, gold.

All, in All. Kidd = Captian of team USA.
