Is that a surprise? Team USA's offense is so smooth and different. If you look at it, guys like Lebron are playing even better, because Kidd is setting them up with plenty of easy opportunities. I'm looking down on Lebron, saying Kidd made him a better player, but rather, that he made it easier for him.
