Kim McGuire, who played Hatchet-Face in ‘Cry-Baby,’ dead at 60

Actress Kim McGuire, best known for playing Hatchet-Face in the 1990 John Waters flick “Cry-Baby,” died from illness Wednesday.

She was 60.

McGuire was diagnosed with pneumonia and placed in the ICU after landing in a Florida hospital earlier this week, her Emmy-winning husband, Gene Piotrowsky, told TMZ. She reportedly had an adverse reaction to treatment and suffered two cardiac arrests.
