knee numbness

So I realized this morning that part of my knee feels like it's asleep. It's been like this for about 3 hours. I don't even know what to call that region; it's on the inside meaning where the two knees touch if you were to press them together. It is from the top of my tibea to 3 or 4 inches down. Suggestions?

no I have not, and thank you for the term, it is surprisingly difficult to figure that out!

Maybe take a long slow paced walk on flat terrain and then a get in the hot tub or a bath. Numbness or "falling asleep" could mean a circulation problem. I'd carefully increase your circulation. Try not to drink booze for a few days. If that doesn't help then you should probably see your doctor.

I hope it's not Neuropathy. My Dad has that. Turns out he has a vitamin B-12 deficiency.

My dad has peripheral neuropathy. He's seen several doctors and none have been able to diagnose why. Sucks.

As for the OP...a simple microfracture surgery should clear that right up!

Well I am pleased to say, much like the Blazers championship hopes, my problem seems to go away as time progresses!
