Next time just use a layer mask. If you use reveal all, you'll need to use black brushing to hide unwanted parts, if you use hide all, you'll need to use white brushing to reveal wanted parts. That's what some gfx artists like to do, especially if they don't feel like or aren't good at cutting.

I actually think that the weights in the bg add to this in a good way. Great sig.
